Event Management

If you have started the planning process and have already secured some or all of your vendors, we will pull all the details together and oversee the execution on the day of your event. In addition, we will assist with the timeline creation of ceremony, reception, and rehearsals. Includes 8 week out meeting and 4 week out meeting as well as 10 hours on the day of the event and communication with vendors throughout the planning process.

Event Planning & Management

From date selection to event day, this package covers all aspects of your event. Full in depth custom planning process, including unlimited meetings. Create & Capture will arrange meetings with professionals to source all quotes and manage budgets and payments. We will also design an event room layout along with a full timeline of the event from start to finish including all rehearsals. This includes an on-site manager on the day of your event with unlimited hours to ensure a seamless day!
